Acceptance of Terms

By using PassLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. PassLink is operated by CLOUDTASTIC SL.

Service Description

PassLink provides encrypted, self-destructing secret sharing. Secrets are encrypted in your browser and stored temporarily on our servers. After being viewed or upon expiration, secrets are permanently deleted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PassLink to:

  • Share illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful code
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
  • Abuse the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws

No Guarantee of Availability

PassLink is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or data preservation beyond the stated expiration period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

Service & Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, the service features, pricing, and plans at any time. Changes to terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PassLink after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the website.

Service Discontinuation

We may discontinue PassLink or any feature at any time. If the service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. Upon discontinuation, all stored encrypted data will be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLOUDTASTIC SL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use PassLink.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLOUDTASTIC SL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
